Stretta CLM

implementing CLM.

Somehow, that became

Possibly long enough for the requirements

We thought that
was odd too.

The turn

So we built
Stretta differently.

Designed to be managed in-house.

Build workflows. Change approval rules. Create templates. Add fields. Without booking a consultant first.

An olive tree, roots to canopy, agreements in its branches

The roots

Your contracts contain the
story of your business.

What you promised. What you were promised.
What it costs. When it ends. Where the risk sits.

But most of that
information is never used.

It stays inside individual documents.
Waiting for someone to find it, read it and remember it.

Stretta doesn’t just
store agreements.
It connects them.

Then it starts
paying attention.

The canopy

This is where intelligence
meets CLM.

And becomes useful.

Optional help. Clearly separate.

Managed setupquoted separately

Optional, and distinct from self-service setup (which is $0) and the eight included hours. If you’d rather we set Stretta up for you, we’ll scope it and quote it before anything is agreed.

Bulk document migrationfixed fee above the applicable volume

Genuinely one-off work on someone else’s data. Small migrations are part of ordinary setup; above the applicable volume it becomes a fixed-fee piece of work with a stated scope.

Dedicated databasequoted separately

A real infrastructure and operations cost, not a licence gate. If your compliance posture needs a dedicated instance, we quote what it actually costs to run.

Additional advisory time$195 / hour

Beyond your included eight hours and quarterly product-owner session. Advisory means advice — fixing faults in our own software is never billed.

Billing questions, answered plainly.

What counts as a contract?

A contract counts when its record is created, including as a draft. Versions and amendments of that contract do not count again. Signature envelopes, attachments and research uploads never count, and archiving does not refund a created contract.

Do uploaded existing agreements count?

If you create a contract record for an agreement — including uploading an executed one to manage it — it counts like any other. Documents attached to an existing contract for reference or signing do not count.

When does the 1,000-contract allowance reset?

The included 1,000 contracts apply to each annual subscription period.

How are additional contracts billed?

At $12 each, the same rate regardless of volume, invoiced in arrears at the end of each annual period — never mid-cycle, never at a penalty rate, and never as a forced upgrade.

How do commitment discounts work?

They’re published and available to every customer on identical terms: 6% off for a two-year commitment, 11% off for three years, applied to the platform price. Monthly rolling carries an 18% premium over the annual rate. Norma seats are always $379 per month, whatever the term.

Does the discount change during the term?

No. There is no annual escalator. Our three-year discount is 11% — and it is still 11% in year three.

What happens above 30,000 contracts?

The rate is still $12. The conversation at that scale is about payment terms and infrastructure, not a discount.

What is included in the AI allowance?

Every account includes a pooled allowance of AI actions, scaled to your committed contract volume — sized so that realistic use doesn’t approach it. If you ever do approach it, we will call you; we will not bill you for exceeding it without an agreement in writing.

How does the Norma trial affect billing?

Every new account gets one Norma seat free for 90 days — no card, no auto-conversion. If nobody uses it, it lapses quietly. Paid seats are billed at $379 per seat per month and are not affected by commitment discounts.

Can we set Stretta up ourselves?

Yes — self-service setup is the default and costs nothing, and the eight included hours are there when you want a person. Managed setup exists for teams who’d rather we did it, and is quoted separately.

Know the price. Meet the product.
