About Stretta
Eventually we built the one they should have built.
When customers have to ration access, buy an implementation and keep paying for help to change the process, the software becomes another dependency to manage. We built Stretta because that arrangement did not feel like a good enough answer.
We’ve sat in the implementation workshops. We’ve rebuilt the workflows. We’ve explained why the “simple change” needs a change request. We’ve watched companies pay for software, then pay again to make the software useful.
One of the oldest ways people represented agreement. It also belonged to a world where not everybody had the same seat at the table. We liked the tension.
Contracts changed. Business changed. Enterprise software could probably catch up.
